Draft for legal review. This text follows our outline and is not final. Bracketed items are open (for example the company details, open question Q2).
Who we are
Crafty is made by [company legal name, address]. Contact: support@crafty.app.
What stays on your device
Your images, projects and designs are processed and stored on your device: in your browser on the web, in the app’s storage on iPhone and iPad. We do not receive them. They leave your device only when you export or share a file yourself.
What we collect
- Anonymous usage events, if you allow them: for example “an export finished” with its size range and format. Never your images, file names, project names or any text you type. On the web nothing is sent unless you choose “Allow”.
- Crash diagnostics: error messages and the app and browser version, with file names and links removed.
- Purchases on iPhone and iPad are handled by Apple and our entitlement provider; we see an anonymous customer id and the plan, not your payment details.
- Waitlist email, if you submit it, used once to tell you when Crafty Pro launches on the web.
Legal bases
Consent for web analytics; legitimate interest for crash diagnostics; contract for purchases.
